• this unit is consist of frames ,trough body, the upper and lower straight rollers, circular spray and compensator etc.
• frames:assembled by U-steel Q235A(140×60).
• trough body: it is made of S.S, the type of overfall in the trough is countercurrent ,the medium in it is heated by steam directly, the S.S trough body’s thickness is 4 mm。
• straight rollers: the upper rollers are made of the No.20 boiler no-aperture steel tube covered with rubber，the diameter of the original roller is 260mm, the hardness is TH75+3. the lower rollers are made of the No.20 boiler no-aperture steel tube covered with S.S, the surface of it is lathed into micro screw thread and it’s diameter is 299 mm，two of them are active rollers.
