• unit body: the body is welded by S.S, 5 sections, the heat preservation plate is installed on th e surface. The appropriate liquid in the bottom of the body is heated by steam directly, so as to contain enough humility and temperature , to keep the fabrics from drying .
• the seal system of the infeed and plaiting :steam-sealing for infeeding , the natural exhaust channel is on the two sides of the seal, liquid-sealing for plaiting.
• pre-heating section: the cloth is pulled into the pre-heating section by the guide roller, formed through hexangular roller after pre-heating, the length of the cloth is 15m。
• dwelling steaming section: the cloth is steamed on the surface of the pedrail after passed the hexangular roller, the dwelling length of the pedrail is about 8m. the speed of the pedrail can be adjusted separately.
