• unit body: this unit is combined with several sections, the material is S.S, the heat preservation layer is installed on the outer surface of the unit.
• the seal at the infeed and plaiting :steam-sealing for infeeding and plaiting. The steam-exhausted instrument at the position of infeeding and plaiting is considered , soas to ensure the steam overflow the body
• heating mode: each grid at the bottom is heated separately.
• pre-heating section: it is the horizontal roller type, the diameter of the active lacunaris guide rollers is 180mm, they are driven in groups, the tension is adjusted by compensator, the motors and reducers are connected by joint couplings, every two motors are in the same group, and be controlled by one converters.
• dwelling plaiting: it’s pulled by 3 guide rollers actively, the plaiting cloth is folded through pendulous roller, the range also can be adjusted.
• the cloth folded well on the bed can be turned through the gap-adjusted instrument, and transfer them to the end, then plaiting through bending tube and hand-adjusted expanding roller.
• the controlled section of the plaiting : there are alert and stop instruments when the cloth is over infeeding
• the net belt is moved in the same axis along the direction of width, the lengthways
