• unit body: the body is welded by S.S , there are three layers, the heat preservation is installed at the surface of the body. The appropriate liquid (the height of it is confirmed by endusers)is heated directly by steam pipes.
• the seal of the infeeding and plaiting section: steam-sealing for infeeding section, liquid-sealing for plaiting the natural steam-exhausted is on the two sides of it.
• pre-heating section: the cloth is heated by saturated steam sprayed by the lacunaris tubes after it’s pulled into the pre-heating section by the rollers and prismy roller.
• plaiting components: the cloth is pulled into the scouring section by the folding outfit after pre-heating.
