• this unit mainly consist of frames, rollers, cylinders, troughs, guide rollers, etc.
• frames：there are two cast iron wallboards, they are connected with supported tubes, the trapezia bolt in the bottom of the frame can be moved up and down.
• rollers：two pieces of rubber rollers，one piece of S.S roller. The diameter of the rubber
• rollers(passive rollers)is 350mm，TH hardness is A85. the diameter of the S.S. roller
• (active roller) is 350mm.
• cylinders：they used for squeezing for rollers, their diameters are all 200mm, the distance of the stopcock is 120mm。
• trough :it is made by double layers which can be cooled by water, the inner layer is made of S.S., the outer layer is made of Q235A,in the trough there are 7 pieces of upper guide rollers and 8 pieces of lower guide rollers, 2 pieces of rubber screw thread expand rollers.
• guide rollers: the diameter of these rollers are 125mm.the roll bearings of upper guide rollers are GB281,the type of the lower guide rollers is sliding bearing, the polyvinylidene fluoride is filled in the material of the bearings.
