• frame:it is adopted with combination structure, heat preservation plates are installed in the outer of the unit, on the top of the wallboards ,there are two doors, it’s convenient to clean the rollers which installed on the mixed box.
• heating rollers: the ventilated holes are distributed equably on the plates where existed on the ends of the heating rollers. The heating rollers are heated equably by the circulatory heating wind who is heating the fabrics. The content of the heating rollers is large and temperature undulation on the surface is a little, the whole unit has 44 pieces of heating rollers, 12 of them are active rollers, these active rollers are driven by A.C motors through joint coupling, the bearings of the heating rollers are installed out of the unit body, so as to install and maintain.
• wind-gap: the whole unit is divided into two sections, each section is equipped with upper and lower wind-gaps, and a set of heating air mixed box as well, a large number of heating air is sprayed rapidly on the surface of the fabrics and heating rollers through the gap, so fabrics can get two fast ways of heating equably.
